Terms of Service (ToS)

1. Payment
• Payments are accepted via PayPal only.
• No invoices will be issued. Payment must be sent to my PayPal email after the sketch is approved.2. Commission Process & Revisions
• Initial inquiries can be made through Twitter DM or email, but after that, the entire commission process will take place on Discord.
• You must provide clear visual references for the character. If references are unclear or incomplete, a design fee will be added.
• During the sketch phase, you can request changes to poses and composition as needed.
• I do not create lineart before coloring. The process is sketch → render.
• During the rendering phase, you are allowed up to three free major revisions (e.g., proportions, limb positioning). If unsure whether a change counts as major, please ask.
• Corrections for mistakes on my part (e.g., incorrect design elements or colors) are free of charge.• I do not work on a first-come, first-served basis. I choose projects based on my interest.
• Being on the waitlist does not guarantee a commission slot—it just means I will contact you when available.3. Turnaround Time & Deadlines
• After payment, completion may take up to two months, unless a specific deadline is set.
• Larger works may take longer. If you have a strict deadline, please discuss it with me beforehand.4. Refunds & Cancellations
• No refunds after I have started the rendering process.
• If I cancel the commission for any reason, I will issue a full refund.[EXCEPTION]
• In the case of a reference sheet or illustration page commission cancellation: If any of the separate illustrations within it have already been completed, their value will not be refunded.5. Usage & Commercial Rights
• Commissioning for AI training or NFT creation is strictly prohibited.
• Commercial use does not grant the right to mint as NFTs or use for AI training.
• Let me know the intended usage of the artwork (personal, commercial, etc).
• By default, all commissions are for personal use only (e.g., profile pictures, wallpapers, personal prints, etc).
• If you intend to use the artwork for commercial purposes (e.g., merchandise, prints, promotional material, branding, etc), you must discuss it with me beforehand.
• YouTube thumbnails and illustrations for non-original songs do not count as commercial use and do not require additional fees.6. Subject Matter & Content Preferences
• NSFW is allowed, but I will not draw explicit genitals.
• I prefer drawing male characters.
• I can draw female characters, elderly characters, and others, but I may not do so often.
• Mecha is fine, but may incur additional charges.
• OC x Canon and non-canon character ships are generally not accepted. If unsure, ask.7. Delivery
• All commission types will be delivered via email.
• The final files will include:
☆ A version with a white background (or a normal background when applicable).
☆ A transparent background version.
☆ A Clip Studio Paint file for easy management.
• For reference sheets and illustration pages, all individual illustrations will also be provided separately.
• Modifications to the final delivered artwork are not allowed, including altering the design, colors, or adding elements to the artwork after delivery.
• Background color changes and similar minor edits are allowed and can be made by the client themselves.
• Any other changes must be requested during the commission process.8. Artist's Rights & Posting
• I reserve the right to post any progress shots or final results of commissioned work unless otherwise specified by the client.
• If you require the commission to be kept private or unpublished, an additional fee will be charged.By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. Failure to read the Terms of Service does not exempt you from them. I reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and the version in effect at the time of payment will apply to your commission.

L2D Model Art
• $1200 USD
☆ This is art only. Rigging is not included
☆ I’m willing to communicate with your rigger to ensure the model is properly cut and functions as expected
• Additional details such as a nude base, complex accessories, extra expressions and toggles will affect pricing

Background
● +$50-$100 USD addition for complex backgrounds
● Simple and flat color: FREE
